Origin.
Piedmont, Langhe. This wine represents the unique terroir of the "Rio Sordo" single vineyard, one of the few additional geographical definitions of the Barbaresco production area.

Winemaking and tasting notes.
Aging for at least 2 years, of which at least 9 months in wood, which gives great character and aromatic complexity.
Wine with a garnet red color. On the nose spicy hints of coffee, licorice, vanilla. In the mouth it is full-bodied and reveals its aging in a harmonious and velvety way.
Perfect match with red meat, game, mushrooms, mature and tasty cheeses. It has great potential for bottle aging. Serve at 18-20°C.
