Grape Variety. Nebbiolo
Alc. Vol. 14 %
Origin.
Piedmont, Langhe. This wine represents the unique terroir of the "Bussia" vineyard district, one of the few additional geographical definitions of the Barolo production area.
Winemaking and tasting notes.
Barolo, one of the Piedmontese greats, gets its great structure from 38 months of aging, 2 years of which are in wood barriques.
This wine has a deep garnet color. It shows the purest expression of Nebbiolo's potential for aging, presenting an ethereal and complex bouquet. The palate is full-bodied with balanced tannins and a long finish.
This wine is ideal with rich and savory meat dishes, white truffle from Alba, and aged cheese.
Serve at 18-20°C in a large glass.
